I am a Fully Qualified Personal Trainer, Online Health & Fitness Coach, Pilates and Yoga Instructor

I created the BodyMynd Methodology, where a holistic approach is taken, looking at physical movement, nutrition, sleep, energy, and mindset.

Every client I work with needs to enjoy their journey, as I truly believe if you don’t enjoy what you do, it will never become a lifestyle.

The BODYMYND Story

My love for health and fitness grew whilst I was training as a professional dancer at the Northern Ballet School. Throughout my 3 years at the Northern Ballet, I started my Personal Training Qualifications.

I graduated from the Northern Ballet School, with a Level 6 Diploma in professional dance, and after a short period in the dance industry, I knew I wanted to focus purely on Health and Fitness.

After training many clients from athletes to the elderly, from injured to fully fit for 3 years physically on the gym floor, I changed my approach from solely physical training to an online holistic approach.

This was the beginning of the BodyMynd journey bringing the body and mind together, for a lifestyle change that can be sustained.
